Phone calls to home visits
You can request us to contact you via one of the links throughout our website or alternatively you can contact us by phone, email or just come over for a chat while we’re out and about (if it’s safe to do so).
We respond to phone and email enquires within the working day and we can usually arrange an appointment within 2 days. Once we’ve made a site visit and discussed your job we send a quote by email or post.
QUOTING
We’ll be clear about what is achievable and what’s not and, also how long you can expect to wait until the work is complete. Only Luke will quote the work so you know exactly who you are dealing with. When the work is booked in you can expect us on the date and time agreed to complete the tasks.
Once the job is complete, you are happy and have received our invoice you will have 7 working days to pay using cheque, cash or BACS (bank transfer).
